"Super Clips" for Early Throwout Bearings ('70 and earlier), pr

Back in the "early days", VW enthusiasts found that the stock clips that hold the throwout bearing were prone to failure.  This clip is a redesign of the original retainer, with more pressure holding the clip in place.  It's a very inexpensive upgrade that can save hours of time.  Replace them any time the engine is out if you have the stock style clips, or any time you change the clutch, throwout bearing, etc.
