Fuel Tank, '68 to '77 Standard Bug & Ghia **

This is a great quality replacement gas tank for your late model Bug or Ghia.  Fuel sending unit and (single hose) outlet kit sold separately.  Made in Brazil.

Note that '75 & later Bug fuel tanks were equipped with two hoses instead of one, as they were fuel injected.  The hoses were also a larger diameter.  The fuel-injected tanks are no longer available, but these tanks fit in the same hole and are almost identical in every other way.

Note 2: '68 Bug tanks were a one-year-only tank.  The fuel filler hose line was oval shaped, whereas all other years were round.  The same size hose fits on either tank, so this will work fine.  Also, the vent (vacuum) line was on the other side.  It will work in this location, as well.
