Engine Case Galley Threaded Oil Plug Kit, Steel

It is very common for engine builders to drill out the stock "press-in" plugs in the VW engine case and replace them with threaded plugs.  This allows much easier access to the oil galleys to clean them and/or enlarge them, such as when doing the "Hoover Mods".  These plugs are the correct size and thread pitch, and are steel, making them much less likely to strip or round out like aluminum ones commonly do.  Set of 10 includes five 1/8"NPT, two 1/4" NPT, and three 3/8" NPT plugs.
