These shocks are popular when additional ride height is needed, as additional spring tension can be added to raise the ride and/or add additional weight carrying capacity.  They are adjustable to allow you to set your suspension for a variety of different needs. We do not recommend coilover shocks for most applications, but many people do swear by them.
